WHITECAPS

For the 4th Annual Vaisakhi Match at BC Place, 5X took over the entertainment programming for the Vancouver Whitecaps and I had the opportunity to capture it all. The night featured Surrey artist Raman Bains performing the national anthem, DJ Koka Heena from the group Mastane energizing the crowd pre-game, and a halftime performance by Asad Khan that lit up the stadium. Working closely with both the Whitecaps and 5X teams, I directed and edited a recap video that celebrated the performances, the fans, and the cultural significance of seeing Panjabi artists take over one of the province’s biggest sports stages.
